This session explores the connection between two meta trends. On one hand companies continue to report a shortage of cloud native talent. On the other, GenAI is poised to automate many of today's human driven responsibilities. Companies will be well served by upskilling their existing workforce, especially those heavily impacted by GenAI, to better meet their ever growing need for technical skills.
