Game breaking bugs fixed:
Ki Paralysis Ki Blast (Cooler, Bojack, Guldo etc) No longer stuns after a rush chain for a loop.
DP Health Regen Bug when switching character at 60 seconds is fixed
Dr Gero/#20 and #19 Dragon Dash, Ascend and Descend now require Ki
Tag lock out glitch.

General Quality of Life changes/fixes:
Z-Counter/Vanish War is faster. WIth each vanish it speeds up. It also costs more ki. 50% of a bar up from 25%
Skill points build slower during vanish war.
Ki Blasts now have more recovery. Recovery varies depending on the character. (anti-spam)
Z Burst Dash costs 2 bars of ki. Used to cost 1
Ki Blast Loop combo no longer works when the opponent holds guard after being hit (no more 30k dmg ez combos)
Z Search is faster. Now doesn't take long to find the player like when they are infront of you.
Blasts do more damage when boosts
Steps now evade ki blasts
False Courage costs 2 skill points
After Image Strike lasts 10 seconds down from 15 and a successful perception can now end after image strike early.
All Instant Spark costs 1 point more. Used to be 3 points now it is 4.
Perception vs Revenge Counter now costs 1 Skill point instead of 2.
Combo chains can now be charged in between with almost every hit.
If the combo is long enough smash attacks will land before the opponent can guard.
Smash attacks get armor against ki blasts earlier than before.
Final Attack of aerial combos and aerial slash combos isn't guardable anymore.
Ki is consumed based on distance instant of a static 1 bar when following up a smash with a dragon dash.
Rush Attacks during Sparking Mode now have big combo damage scaling.
Slowed Down Ultimates and Long Range Blasts

Character Specific Changes:
Giant's Z-Burst Dash is now blockable. Used to be unblockable.
Cell's 2nd Form Throw is no longer unbreakable but it is faster
Dr.Gero(#20/#19 no longer start with 2 skill points
Cooler heals more HP when he transforms
Dr Wheelo & Oozaru Vegeta MAX HP has been adjusted. 4 bars to 3 bars.
Giant Characters Smash Attacks are now slower.
Goku (Mini) Quick Rush can now change the trajectory
Mr. Satan present bomb has more ending lag.
Super Gogeta (Z)'s Appearance has been adjusted to closely resemble movie 12.
Yajirobe no longer starts with skill points and Senzu Bean is 6 pts

NEW Features:
High Speed Dragon Dash movement. Allows for new ways to get in and fight.
Budokai Tenkaichi OG camera angles are back in the game.
