Today I mix a Shochu Apple Sour using satsumaimo shochu from Kagoshima (Flamingo Orange by Kokubu Shuzo), Le Gin de Christian Drouin, apple juice, lemon juice and honey. But the recipe I got had some really wrong amount indications: can I fix it on the fly?
