Fried chorizo de bilbao
1 head minced garlic

1 1/2 cups of fresh sliced tomatoes
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1 big quartered cabbage
pechay or bochoy
fried bananas
beef and pork broth
