God should be the greatest, highest dedication of our lives. By committing ourselves to God, we commit ourselves to others. We live in a time of self-absorption, wherein writers even dedicate books to themselves. The best way to continue ministering to the world is by taking the focus off of ourselves and showing kindness and courage for the sake of others. It is what actually reaches into people's souls.
