Rui Macher Jhol Ingredients
১ কেজি রুই মাছ / 1 kg Rui Mach
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
২ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 2 tsp Mustard Oil
৬ টি মাঝারি মাপের টমেটো / 6 ea Medium Size Tomato
৬-৭ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 6-7 ea Green chilies
জল /Water
১০–১৫ গ্রাম আদা / 10–15g Of Ginger
১ চা চামচ জিরে / 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
৪-৫ শুকনো লঙ্কা / 4-5 Dry Red chilies
২ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 2 ea Medium Size Onion
২ টি বড় মাপের আলু / 2 ea Big Size Potato
৫০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 50 ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1 tsp Black Onion Seeds
৩ টি তেজপাতা / 3 ea Bay Leaf
