SMYA - Phases

"Written over the course of a two day train-the-trainer course on change management, 'Phases' serves as a reminder of the resistance, discomfort, and eventual liberation that we all feel when experiencing change in our lives. For me music is an opportunity to reflect and connect with the world around me, even if that means occasionally turning industry jargon into song."
