3 Days In Escalante, Utah: Capitol Reef National Park and Staying at the MOST UNIQUE stay in Utah

When you visit Utah and try your hand at the Mighty five road trip to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef National Park, Canyonlands, and Arches you cannot skip a stay in Escalante, Utah. If you never heard of it the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument is a unique landscape of rock formations, waterfall hikes, natural land bridges, and a vast landscape with a very scenic route 12 that stretches from Bryce Canyon City to Capitol Reef National Park. Grand Staircase Escalante spans 1.87 million acres of public lands, but a highlight is a waterfall in the middle of the desest Lower Calf Creek Falls. Also, if you want to visit the least visited national park in Utah head to Capitol Reef National Park where you can get apple pie and ice cream at Gifford Homestead or hike the famous Hickman Bridge Hike. I wish I had more time here and would come back in a heart beat.

If you are looking for a unique stay then don't miss Escalante, Utah and stay at Yonder. The airstream, tiny cabin, and retro campground feel makes you feel like you are traveling back in time, but still keeps a modern touch throughout Yonder. Guests can enjoy movies in the drive in that has old school cars that are great to chill in with all you can eat free popcorn.
