How To Make Spells Interesting

Too often we go for the AOE spells or those that deal any kind of damage, and ignore those that deal tactical effects. And when NPC's are given a list of spells that don't deal direct damage we might feel cheated or be tempted to change them. But I'll show you how to untilize less obvious spells and create interesting battles.
