i say corner belt btw lol it sounds nicest

3x10 3 excersizes the powerstrokes, single leg squats and position holds. I felt tired but probs gonna do 3x12 tomorrow bc even though technique is more important, still good to get used it. i felt kinda ok after doing this but i was tired

i was thinking about keeping my right shoulder down in when i was doing the powerstrokes but at the start when it was easier and i wasnt tired, i did it alot better then when i was more tired a the end. i have to still get used to keepign good technique even when im tired.

my knee wasnt very bent inwards so thats another good thing. i tried keepign them in line with my shounders and toes but i didnt really think about aligning them when i was doing the excersizes, i was thinking about getting my right shoulder in more than the alignment so ill try and think about the alignment and see how that helps.

i was actually shocked how low i was like wow i was low. i was making sure that my head was still forwards and i was looking up as much as i could even when i was tired. gonna try and keep good position and be that low

iim not sure if its just the angle of my camera but it looked like my bum was still kinda high up and it was getting too close to being in line with my head so i need to think about that as well. i was intentional about making sure my bum is lower than my head but i just need to keep going with that.

when i was doing the position holds i did try to keep my recovery leg close to my body so thats somehting that im getting better at. when i was doing the squats i was thinking to keep my knee close to my calf as well so that i would keep evrything close together. i just need to keep doing that because it would get better overtime i think.
