“Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for coming here today. I hope that today's presentation will not take too long and that you will find it interesting. The purpose of today's presentation is to discuss how we can enable Virtualization Technology on Lenovo PC computers

I've invited you here today to view my findings. I'm Angger Febrian, I will be leading today's presentation. Now let me start by explaining what Virtualization Technology or VT is; secondly, I would like to discuss the steps to enable Virtualization Technology on a Lenovo PC computer; and finally I want to end by giving a little note to you. I would be happy to invite you to ask questions at the end of the session and I'm sure there will be plenty of time for us to discuss some of the points that have been raised.”

All right ladies and gentlemen, after I convey the points that I will bring to this presentation. Let's get into the presentation “how can we enable Virtualization Technology on Lenovo PC computers” At the end I will be happy to answer all your questions.

Ok everyone, we need to know that Virtualization Technology or VT is a system that functions to make one processor work like several processors. The function of this VT actually varies. But the main goal is to run a virtual machine on a computer with only one hardware system, so that it can run optimally. Initially, this VT was used for application developer purposes, which basically did need an additional system (for testing purposes). However, after the popular Android emulator, this feature began to be widely used by the general public.

To activate VT

1. Boot system into BIOS with F1 key while power on.
2. Select the Security tab in BIOS.
3. Enable Intel VTT or Intel VT-d if required. See the following image for possible virtualization options locations.
4. Once activated, save changes with F10 and allow the system to reboot.
5. Microsoft Hyper-V must be installed and activated via the Windows 10 operating system.
6. Locate Control Panel. Select Control Panel. Select Programs and Features (View by: Large icons). Select Turn Windows features on or off.
7. Select the Hyper-V Management Tools and Hyper-V Platform options. Click OK and follow the screen prompts. Reboot if necessary.

As I said before, there are some notes that you should know:

 Some computers may require a power-off and power-on restart after enabling virtualization.
 The CPU installed in your product model may not support Intel Virtual Technology if the option is not present in the menu.
 If Intel or AMT Virtualization is not listed in any of the BIOS configuration pages, then the system does not support Intel or AMT VTT. Virtualization technology cannot be activated if the system does not support it.
