The Coaching Network was founded halfway up a mountain in Snowdonia, in the Winter of 2009, since then it has become an international presence with 343 members (at the time of writing) and still growing in numbers. The Coaching Network is not just for coaches and not just a network. It is a social movement which was created for coaches, or anyone who wants to learn about the uses of coaching, and to support each other by sharing skills, knowledge, experience and resources. It operates on the principles of reciprocity where all members are willing to participate and contribute.

This is our first film, it was produced by each contributor sharing a valuable resource, be it their time, their equipment and their ideas. The film is inspired by David Bowie’s song ‘Changes’, we felt that this reflected the changes we have had and are experiencing in the world today; we hope that by finding out about us and seeing this this film, you will develop a mindset where by ‘sharing your toys’ you will achieve great things.
