It's amazing to see all the dessert ideas that my fellow creators came up with using my favorite nut pistachio. Honestly, in the beginning, seeing the Dubai chocolate bar was not appetizing to me. But on the request of my daughter, I made it at home and loved the combination. I am sure I ate most of those chocolate bars I made at home.😋
Making Dubai chocolate bar brownies was long due and I was planning on it for a while. But when it comes to brownies, my kids and I are divided. I am more of a cakey brownie person while my kids love the fudge brownies. And hence you can guess we make fudge brownies more often.

In this specific recipe, I used my favorite dark chocolate bar which is around 40% cocoa, and my homemade pistachio cream. And let's not forget about the very unusual yet viral filling in the center. The kadayif folded in pistachio cream gave the brownies not just a harmonious combo of flavors but also a pretty vibrant green in the middle.
One more thing that is worth mentioning is that if you like them chewy and fudgy you better eat them straight from the refrigerator. On the other hand, if you eat these brownies at room temperature they will just melt in your mouth like a soft fudge. Don't forget to eat them with a cold glass of milk for full enjoyment.

Notes: you can increase the pistachio cream amount if you desire a more gooey center.
You can either freeze the filling spread between plastic layers like I did in the video or you can just carefully spread it over the batter.
Don't over-mix the batter and don't aerate the eggs. Also don't overbake the brownies. A few moist crumbs should be left on the cake tester and let them rest for 4 hours at least before cutting. Also the pistachio cream recipe is from my previous video.

Dubai Chocolate Bar Chewy Brownies
List1 for the filling:
60 g kadaif pastry
200 g pistachio cream (you can increase the amount of desire more gooey center)
1 tbsp butter

List 2 for Brownies Batter:
2 sticks of butter
150 g of your favorite chocolate bar (not baking chocolate, use the good quality candy bar)
2 pinches of salt

List 3:
4 eggs
1 ¼ cup superfine sugar
150g all-purpose flour
½ -1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped

Melt a tbsp of butter in a pan and add the shredded kadaif dough to it. Let it roast on low heat till it is golden in color. Remove from heat and add your pistachio cream to it. Mix it well and transfer it to a plastic sheet. Shape it to your baking pan size and press it well with a rolling pan. Transfer it to the freezer till you put the rest of the stuff together.
Melt 2 sticks of butter over bain marie and add your chopped chocolate candy bar to it. Let the two melt together. Also, add 2 pinches of salt to it.

Combine eggs and sugar in another mixing bowl and mix them well. Add it to the chocolate butter mixture and combine them well. Then sift the flour over it in three additions and mix gently after each addition. Mix just until combined and don't overmix. Fold in the pistachio nuts gently.

Line an 8/8 or 9/9 inch pan with two pieces of parchment. Spread half the brownie batter at the bottom. Peel the plastic off the kadaif frozen block and place it gently on the bottom half of the batter.
Top it with the rest of the brownie batter and smooth it around to reach the corners. Sprinkle some more nuts and chopped chocolate over the top. Transfer to a 350 F preheated oven.
Bake it for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan over a wire rack for 4 hours before slicing. Share and enjoy your homemade delight.
