This video is from one out of two playthroughs I recorded for my Amid Evil review. To make a long story short, I realized by Episode 4 or 5 that the gameplay feels way, way better when you have the Auto-Soul Mode enabled, which WAS the default way to experience the game before people complained about it on Steam to disable it by default. Quite honestly, I did not feel comfortable sharing this footage WITHOUT that second playthrough because you'll see a drastic difference in combat (and runtime) even when I bump up the challenge to the second-hardest difficulty. (And yes, I also recorded some Evil Difficulty boss fight footage to know what it does, and I was a little underwhelmed by its changes.)

Anyway, you can tune into one run or the other as I'll post both videos at the same time, so if you prefer only judging the game based off one series, then I would stick with the Hard Mode run.
