This camera is an excellent budget option and definitely one of my top pics for the best camera under $200 in 2024. It's a great camera to learn on and for beginners to use too! The Kodak Pixpro AZ401 is a bridge digital camera, which is situated between a regular compact point and shoot camera, and the full experience of a DSLR camera with interchangeable lenses.

In this video, I go through my 4 favorite features of the AZ401, and then will talk about a few minor faults that came up during shooting, pertaining to SD card compatibility and battery life. This camera uses AA batteries, so it's very easy to swap in new batteries when it needs them. This camera is very comparable to other Kodak Pixpro models like the Kodak Pixpro AZ528 AZ252 AZ401 AZ405 AZ421 AZ425 and a few more. So if you have one of those models, you can use some of the tips and tricks I have for the 401 as the menus and performance are very similar.
