What are the traits of a successful Nurse? What separates them from the rest?

Here are 6 traits I've found in every leader I've crossed paths with:

1. Detail Oriented
2. Do not take shortcuts
3. Life long learner
4. Dress for success
5. Punctual
6. Maintain their calm

Of course there are a ton of other qualities that matter, but these six I've found in every great leader.
