How Fast Can You Black Border Cubism in BTD6?

How fast we can Black Border Cubsim on a NEW Account in BTD6! This has to be my FAVORITE Map in Bloons TD 6 and I want it to be the fastest Black Border run yet! We have to Beat every BTD6 game mode including Half Cash, Impoppable, Apopalypse and CHIMPS in order to get a Cubsim Black Border. Do you think Cubsim CHIMPS or One Two Tree Half Cash will give us more problems in this BTD6 Black Border Speedrun?
