This is by far the easiest strat for spirit BK skip, in my opinion. It may seem off-putting because it is a 1 bomb superslide, but this is really, really easy.

All you have to do, is mash C until Link is dropping the bomb. From there, keep target held and mash B. While Link is slashing, let go of Z, and continue to mash B. Get ready to start mashing A to put away the sword, and once it's put away, roll. There are 2 frames for this superslide, the earlier frame has Link standing up straight, the 2nd frame has Link leaning back and will work 100% of the time. The standing up straight frame may fail because it is not distinguishable from the 1 bomb SS frame that never works, which is in between the two frames that do.

Useful in No IM/WW if you only get 2 bomb drops from the armos.
