What seems a typical part of the filmmaking process quickly deteriorates into something much more sinister at the hands of a master manipulator--all under the guise of "method acting."

The Skeleton Cru founder, J.A. Ross, grew up a product of the video store generation. When he wasn't renting movies, he was watching movie marathon shows from the likes of Joe Bob Briggs and other Turner Network Television broadcast teams. It was a combination of classic rock and obsessive movie watching that drove his dreams of becoming a filmmaker--and later an actor. In an ever changing landscape of technology and movie viewing platforms, Ross wants to make films that harken back to the days of getting together with friends, ordering pizza, and lounging in front of the television, or movie theater, with friends and giving yourself over to the experience of movie watching. Regardless of genre there is always fun to be had.
