How to make a DIY helmet for scubadiving

I recently decided to make a technical diving helmet for use in my favourite two dive environments, wreck and cave. This is a step by step video of the process. Its not the only way to do this, but its the way I decided to go about it.

Almost all of the equipment necessary would be typically found between a tech dive kit and regular household toolkit.

I used a basic childrens bike/skate helmet which I purchased from a local sports store for around $25.

Additional equipment I used was as follows:

- Cordless drill
- Bungee cord
- Scissors
- Lighter
- Marker pen
- Measuring tape
- My two backup lights with bolt snaps attached
