DIY Outdoor HIIT Workout Gym

We made a DIY outdoor gym that includes a boxing bag, pull-up bar, TRX bands, battle rope, and medicine ball station! For this project, we used a few 4x4 posts, along with a tree in our backyard, to make an easy DIY gym in our backyard!
