Why I Dislike Qantas: A Rant… Part 1

QANTAS has been thrusted to the forefront of customer gripes ever since borders were opened. A lot of these are relating to how they are failing to meet expectations outside of the flying experience. From difficulty in using our frequent flyer points, to trying to use up our COVID-era flight cancellation credits, and even something as simply as chasing after points owed after flights.

It is as if the management is making the process as difficult as possible, in hope that we would just give up. In these 2 videos, I will dive into what has pissed me off so much about the airline to the point I just wanted to get rid of my frequent flyer points. And this explains a little why I am criss-crossing the country in business class – where available.
