Mafia 3 released last week and over on Metacritic, PC players seem to be having a bad time with it.

The video above was captured on PC and may go some way to illustrate some of the problems popping up in the game.

“There’s a new early access game called Mafia III that just came out so I thought I would check it out,” reads the description. “Recorded on PC at very smooth locked 30 fps and beautiful upscaled 720p.”

CrowbCat has recorded some of the crazy bugs encountered so far in the game, and they range from glitches in combat to weird environmental stuff bugging out without any player intervention at all.

If you’re playing on PC, there was some good news earlier today – the PC patch is out now allowing you to unlock your fps. The sky’s the limit. Well the power of your PC is the limit, technically.

The more I play the game the more I like. I keep noticing things & thinking wow that's pretty awesome. The lighting & animations are some of the best I've seen in some instances.

I bust open the door of a room with my shotgun drawn & in the chaos I shot a guy with my shotgun & he went flying backward in between a filing cabinet & desk & slumped down between them lying his head against the cabinet holding his chest wound while his other arm was lying across the desk semi-holding him up completely random & unscripted. It was amazing. I've seen loads of little touches like that now that look brilliant & take the immersion up a level.

I seem to be one of the few who isn't really having any issues or glitches with the game at all & running at a steady 1080p 60fps.

In about 5 hours playtime on PC I've had 1 crash & 1 car not start & that was both within the first 30 mins of play. Other than that it's been rock solid & I've had no issues. Actually really enjoying it & I didn't think I would due to the review embargo.
