T-Nutz Cart: https://www.tnutz.com/cart-share/sTNy...

This is an affiliate link, however, they didn’t reach out to me to set this up, and I paid full price for my order. I just get a small kickback for every order I “influence”.

Parts List (T-Nutz Specific, but can be used anywhere)
- Format: Part Number - (quantity) - description

Extrusion:
- EX-1020-BLACK - (4) - 1" x 2" Black Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion
- Length (in): 39.688 (11/16)
- Machining for one end (for easy mounting): Ø9/16" Counterbore @ "I" & "J" (the side with 2 slots)

Brackets:
- CBS-010-A-BLACK - (16) - 2 Hole Slotted Inside Corner Bracket - Black Anodized

Mounting Hardware:
- (32) - M6 x 12mm Button Head Screws
- ST-010 - (16) - 10 Series Standard T-Nut - M6 x 1.0
- DT-045 - (16) - 45 Series Drop-in T-Nuts Leaf spring - M6 x 1.0

The 45 series will be used in the GX Side bars. I highly recommend getting the leaf springs on these to aid with install.

NOTE: If you use the cart link, it will leave 16 extra 10 series M6 T-nuts. I found it was only a $3 difference to order the corner brackets with the hardware included, which made for a simpler order, and the extras could be used for mounting gear to your new crossbars.
