Art at Home: Watercolor Magic with Washable Markers

Put that nasty non-recyclable plastic to use with this easy technique!
Here's what you need:
Washable markers (they should be labelled as such)
A permanent marker
Thick paper (anything thicker than copy paper that isn't shiny)
Wet paper towel or sponge
Plastic! (sandwich bag, page protector, packaging)
