Like many other sectors, the ad tech industry in particular is a male-dominated environment. Even though the overall proportion of women and men is more or less balanced, there are large disparities for example in the executive positions or even salaries. (Only about 2.9% of the CEOs in the AdTech industry are female, which is still significantly below the average of the Fortune 500 companies with just under 5%.)

This is definitely a topic that already has been talked about a lot in the last years and the awareness on this is luckily rising, but how can we actually make a change and empower women to stand up for what they want?
