Billboard's 2020s Decade-End List (Updated to: 11/25/2023)

Hi all. New update to the Billboard's Hot 100 Decade-end List, up to the latest chart available (chart dated to 11/25/2023). This week also marks the last update that includes solely the top 40 songs so far, as starting next week the list would expand to include the top 50 tunes due to the beggining of the fifth year of the 2020s (following Billboard's previous decade-end tracking periods).

This video is a prediction of what Billboard's Decade-End List for the 2020s may look like by the end 2029. As we're currently in the fourth year of the current decade, solely the top 40 songs up to this point in time have been included.

This list uses an inverse-point system, in which songs at no.1 gain the greatest amount of points, while songs at no. 100 gain the least. As a result of said methodology, this list is better understood as the best chart-runs during the 2020s, not exactly the most popular songs.
