Little Pink Houses of America CEO Scott Ulmer is joined by PINK affiliate Riley Schaad on Pink TV to reveal how a great relationship and trust with a seller turned into a $40,000+ profit.

After convincing the seller to sell his home with his Little Pink Houses of America, Riley began marketing the seller's home as an Executive Lease Purchase. This means he's targeting buyers who can't qualify for a mortgage today, but will be put on the path to do so in 6-12 months time. This buyer would submit a down payment and begin renting the home from the seller until being mortgage ready, but begin taking care of the property as if it were theirs.

The transaction didn't come without its highs and lows, however. Riley shares all the red flags he missed negotiating with the buyer he found, and what he'd do differently.

The buyer ultimately didn't work out, but it was for the better. Riley transitioned to another investing technique he learned at PINK, and ended up making both he and the seller a lot more money.
