CAMAYA BALI X BAMBOO HOUSE TOUR X SASHASOMEWHERE

Staying in Camaya is an experience not simply an accommodation. Most air bnb stays, even the luxurious ones, are still no more than a fancy place to rest your head. Camaya is not that. From the moment you step onto the grounds of this incredible jungle estate, you're transported. Be it in time, space or simply emotion, something takes over. A paved pathway leads you down perfectly manicured rice fields to an open air bamboo structure, sitting alone against a stunning balinese jungle backdrop. The two level bamboo constructions has two beds, two bathrooms, an open air shower, a flower bath, oh ya and a second story hammock bed!

Camaya is a place that makes you want to indulge in the simple things. We spent the whole day just enjoying the space we were in. We started with bali coffee on the hammock and watched the sun rise over mount agung (an active volcano) as it illuminated the rice fields below. The rest of the day was spent flower-bathing, walking the rice fields, playing chess and learning the ukulele. Camaya is a stay that transforms an average holiday and reconnects you with yourself and the earth, not all air bnbs can say that.
