Kmart Closing Bridgehampton, NY by October 2024

I knew this time would come, but I didn't want to. The very last full-line Kmart store within mainland United States is now closing and will close its doors for the final time on October 20th. With just a fraction of the size of a store in Miami, there are no more stores across the country unless you fly a plane to either Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is just unbelievable to imagine that an iconic national retailer such as Kmart that had more than 2000 stores has fallen to just a few stores in which most of them are not even located on the mainland. If you want to visit an actual Kmart store before it's gone, then the time is now as you don't have much time left.
