I am very excited for my meal prep this week… I have some yummy food to power me through my week !!!

Ingredients to recipes in video

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 cup strawberry chocolate chip Kodiak mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
16 ounces water
350° for 20 to 25 minutes

Pizza Dough
8 ounces of water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 Ingredient Pizza Dough
One cup self rising flour
just shy of 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
spices of your choice

Veggie Frittata
Six eggs
2 cups frozen vegetables of your choice
2 ounces Gruyere cheese shredded
