How to disassemble and reassemble the Shimano Dura Ace SL-BSR1 11 Speed bar end shifters.

Note: At 3:20 I say that I'm not sure what the star washer does, this is a type of shake proof lock washer which I think is there to keep the screw from unscrewing and it also acts as a spacer to keep the screw from sitting too tightly against the lever. There are some reports online about these shifters failing because of too much pressure on the internal indexing mechanism and I think that this washer helps prevent this from happening. The internals of the left side are completely different-on the right side, the screw would be tight against the lever if this washer were not in place but on the left side the screw is against a different piece which is inside of the lever rather than the lever itself which I think is why it is not needed on that side.
