It's the little tweaks at home that make the difference between a good showing and a great one.

Try not to ⬇️🚫
🍳 Cook fragrant food 24h prior to showings (fish I'm looking at you)
🕯 Overdo it with candles or scents (overly perfumed homes makes people wonder if we're masking a bigger problem!)
🪅 Host guests the day before a showing
🏠 Be present while buyers are touring - buyers will feel most relaxed when they can explore without the owner
🎄 Go crazy with holiday decorations - simple nods to the holidays is perfectly fine as long as it isn't distracting
🐾 Leave pets out to roam - we typically recommend taking pets with you or designating an area of the house to them during showings
