We look at a number of US state flags and ask if any of them have symbolism pertaining to the confederacy, officially known as the Confederate States of America, a self declared country that spent the entirety of its existence in war against the United States of America, in what was known as the U.S. Civil War.


The flags in question are Alabama Arkansas Florida Georgia North Carolina and Tennessee
