Kinder Scout Mass Trespass 1932 following the route hike

Set myself the challenge of following in the footsteps of the Mass Trespass on Kinder Scout in 1932.
After last years 2023 disruption to our rights to roam on Dartmoor I wanted to find out and follow trail as much as I could find out about the original protest.
I had a couple of other incentives:
My youngest daughter got engaged there last year
I’d read on a clear day you can see Snowdon. Three days earlier I walked, and waited a top of Snowdon as a surprise to my sister and niece who were hiking The Three Peaks
As described in video the hike is a circular or loop route leaving from Hayfield up and along Kinder Edge including part of the Pennine Way skirting the west side of Kinder
Did I achieve all three aspects of my challenge?
Definitely walked at least some of the original route and felt that connection with other like minded souls
Was in the right area of my Daughter’s engagement which meant a lot to me
Did I see Snowdon? I’d like to think so 😀
