Howdy, trailblazers! Join us as we spend a day in Fredericksburg, Texas. In our trailblazing episodes, we will take you around towns in Texas that are maybe less talked about and give you a taste of what it's like. We cover a little bit of everything from food, culture, shopping, and interesting folks!

Fredericksburg has grown in popularity over the last decade due to the tremendous amount of wineries setting up in the area. It's kind of becoming the next Napa. You don't need to plan out your entire trip before you go. This episode is a perfect example of that. We simply hit the town, started exploring and met some pretty fascinating people. Not to mention, had some great German cuisine.
