special time in the forest

I am stunned I never thought of doing this before, in the mid afternoon, a nap in the forest! This was so neat and comforting, I felt vulnerable, but very good and it was so breezy and warm, it was quite special and intoxicating. It did feel as though I romanticized my life for a few hours! I will do this again.

I have been working very hard on changing my inner thoughts and I feel (and see) it changing my life. This began to happen because I needed to find a release from the stress I have been feeling, for almost 2 years, about my moving.

Whether I move or not is not the key, the key is to be here in the now, and feel good in life, this has begun an amazing inner journey for me, I want so much to share this!
