He is a Senior Advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Before joining CBC NRT, Bryan was Managing Director of Northeast Investment Realty.

Throughout Connecticut and the Northeast, Bryan is regarded as a leader in all aspects related to Commercial Real Estate. During his career, Bryan has completed more than $350 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Clients have recognized Atherton as an innovator in repositioning a property for sale or lease and guiding clients to take advantage of sound investment opportunities. He possesses an extensive construction background, having parlayed a career in carpentry into a full-scale property development company.
