A Police team of Madhapur Police Station and SOT, Cyberabad, apprehended two persons 01) Nimmaluri Sri Hari and 02) Avuti Pandari and seized net cash of Rs.2 Crores carrying to deliver the money to the contesting candidate from Rajahmundry LC from Telugu Desham at Hi-tech City Railway Station, Madhapur

01) Nimmaluri Sri Hari S/o. Radha Krishna, aged 44 years, Occ: Office Asst. in Jayabheri Properties, Mani Sai Apartments, Near Holistic Hospital, Nizampet, Hyd, N/o. Kankipadu (V&M), Krishna Dist
02) Avuti Pandari S/o. Ramulu, aged 39 years, Occ: Office Asst. in Jayabheri Properties, R/o. Gulmohar Park, Lingampally, N/o. Sindole (V), Regodu (M), Medak Dist
03) Dharma Raju
04) Jagan Mohan Rao
05) M. Murali Mohan, M.P. Andhra Pradesh State
06) Yelamanchi Murali Krishna

Brief details of the cases :
The arrested persons Nimmaluri Sri Hari and Avuti Pandari are working at Jayabheri properties Office. As per the instructions of Dharma Raju and Jagan Mohan Rao they were carrying Rs.2 crores in two bags to hand over the same to M. Murali Mohan, MP Rajahmundry & Yelamanchi Murali Krishna of Telugu Desham Party to distribute the same to voters in view of MP/MLA Elections 2019 in Rajahmundry Parliamentary Constituency. On 03-04-2019 at 1800 hours while the police Madapur & SOT Madapur Zone were conducting searches of vehicles & Persons in view of Parliamentary Elections 2019 at Hi-tech city Railway Station, Madhapur, at about 1830 hours they found the arrested persons Nimmaluri Sri Hari and Avuti Pandari getting down from the passenger auto rickshaw and proceeding by walk carrying 2 bags towards Hi-tech City Railway Station, when they were intercepted and on searching the bags, found cash of Rs. 02 crores of 500 and Rs.2,000 denomination. On enquiry Nimmaluri Sri Hari and Avuti Pandari, stated that Dharma Raju and Jagan Mohan Rao of Jayabheri properties gave the above amount at their office at Plot No.1, Jayabheri Enclave, Gachibowli and instructed them to transport the same by train to Rajahmundry. They will be received by Yelamanchi Murali Krishna follower of M.Murali Mohan at Rajahmundry railway station. Inturn the money will be handedover to Murali mohan MP Rajahmundry. They started along with the cash kept in 2 bags and came to Hi-tech City Railway Station by passenger auto rickshaw and got down the auto rickshaw and were proceeding to Rly station.
SEIZURES :
01). 96 lakh rupees of 500 denomination.
02). 01.04 crore rupees of 2000 denomination
The case is being investigated by Madhapur police.
