INGREDIENTS:

* 5 lbs combo of chicken feet and bones ( excellent substitute is beef bones with tendon for collagen extraction)
* 6 celery sticks chopped (bake half with chicken, and other half in stock pot with baked chicken)
* 6 carrots chopped (bake half with chicken, and other half in stock pot with baked chicken)
* 2 large onions chopped (bake half with chicken, and other half in stock pot with baked chicken)
* 1 tbsp sprinkled on above ingredients before baking/roasting)
* 3 cloves garlic
* 3 1/8 inch slices of ginger
* juice of 1/2 a lemon
* 1 gallon of water
* 2 cups of kosher salt
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp marmite (yeast extract)
* 1 tsp turmeric
