In this video I want to talk about what is shulman's syndrome and share some ideas on treating it.

One of the largest problems that face us is chronic inflammation. In fact some health experts view it as the the biggest cause of age related damage in our bodies.

Shulman's syndrome is a rare disorder in which the tissues just beneath the skin get inflammation. This causes the skin to swell and slowly thicken and harden. The skin can also have a redness to it and warmth. The most common areas affected would be the legs and arms.

Another symptom which happens a lot is it's difficult to move muscles and joints in the area that is affected, as well as joint pains.

If you have these symptoms it's a good idea to get some tests done to know for sure if you have Shulamans Syndrome. At this point you may be wondering what causes it and how do I eliminate it right?

The exact cause of this health problem is unknown, but it is an autoimmune problem. This means that the immune system which is supposed be fighting the bad guys gets a little confused and starts to attack healthy tissues and cells.

It's also believed that certain triggers cause this abnormal allergic or inflammatory response, just like allergies.

One idea to preventing this outbreak would be to document everything that you ate and did through the day and see if you find out what is causing the outbreak. Then if you eliminate the triggers you can eliminate the outbreak.

Another idea is to eliminate something called L-Triped do fan from your diet. It's an amino acid found in various foods including poultry and there have been cases where this amino acids causes Shulman's Syndrome, so it could be worth looking into.

Another idea is that this disorder could be linked to something else not working correctly. Perhaps it's a thyroid issue, maybe an issue with red blood cells, and there could even be a cancer that is causing it.

Some people believe that disease can't grow in the body as long as everything is working correctly. You think that is true? There is some truth to it. I remember an article I read a while ago someone stated that if they were diagnosed with cancer they would run a bunch of tests and see what was off and then first correct that and their body should take care of the cancer on it's own.

This is more of a eastern philosophy of medicine, but it's interesting. Our bodies are survival machines so if we support it then it will last a long time.

In a nutshell if you have Shulman's Sydnrome run a ton of tests and if there is something off correct that first and maybe it will solve Shulman's.
