Fundamental Analysis of Table Tennis Grips

Описание к видео Fundamental Analysis of Table Tennis Grips

This analysis is fundamental because it gives 7 requirements for an ideal grip and determines how close existing grips are to this ideal grip, i.e. how good are the grips? Here the correctness of the answers to the following questions is proven (not an opinion): Why, when forehand hitting, in terms of the ball flight distance, does Penhold Grip help to hit the table, and Shakehand one interferes?
Why does racket play by itself when gripping with Penhold?
Why do penhold players prefer to play with heavy rackets and shakehand players prefer with light ones?
What is the fundamental difference, not the fingers here and there between RPB grip and Traditional Penhold?
Why is it very comfortable to attack backhand with Shakehand grip, but not comfortable with RPB grip and not possible with Traditional
Penhold?
Which grip will win Shakehand or Penhold?

A table is presented with 7 requirements for an ideal grip and estimates of how well different grips meet these requirements.
The sum of these ratings shows how good the grips are, and the highest sum of ratings indicates the grip that is closest to the ideal.
By comparing the sum of the scores for the Shakehand Grip and the Penhold Grip, we can approve which one is better.

Introduced an unique grip - which is both 100 percent Shakehand Grip and 100 percent Penhold Grip and has no shortcomings inherent in these two main grips.

The following Table Tennis Grips have been analyzed:
1= Shakehand Grip,
2= Traditional Penhold Grip,

5= Pistol Grip,
6=“V” Grip,
7=American Grip aka Seemiller Grip,

00:11 - Why is this analysis fundamental?
00:32 - WHAT IS PROVEN IN THIS ANALYSIS:
1 The racket plays by itself when we use Penhold Grip.

3 Penhold players prefer to play with heavy rackets and shakehand players with light ones.
4 what is the fundamental difference, not just the fingers here and there, between RPB grip and traditional penhold?
5 The reason why some grips make for great backhands and other grips don’t.
6 Which grip is better: Shakehand or Penhold?
7 It is presented here an unique grip, which combines Shakehand and Penhold Grips without their disadvantages.
