'Assembly Elections In J&K Will Be Held After Amarnath Yatra,' Says Farooq Abdullah |

National Conference (NC) Chief Farooq Abdullah on Sunday claimed that assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir will be held after the Amarnath Yatra. "As soon as the Amarnath Yatra ends, mark my words, elections will be held in J&K," he said while speaking to reporters.

When asked if he was ready for the polls, Abdullah said: "We have been ready for years. They were not ready."
