Delicious Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe | Easy Comfort Food

In today’s video, we’re making a classic Chicken Tetrazzini! This creamy, cheesy pasta bake is the ultimate comfort food that’s easy to make and perfect for family dinners or entertaining. With tender chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms, and a rich, creamy sauce, this dish will be a hit with everyone.

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
12 oz (340g) spaghetti or linguine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp butter
2 cans of mushroom and 2 cans of chicken condensed soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms are soft.
Make the Sauce: Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly, until smooth. Pour in cans of soup, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer.
Add Chicken and Cheese: Stir in cooked chicken and half of the Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Combine: Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with Cheese and Bake: Sprinkle mozzarella and remaining Parmesan over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
