For our second tutorial we chose to cover the bird pose as it is one of the most common poses people use to start with and gives various possibilities for following transitions. This one may seem simple but to truly understand it, you definitely need to play with the feet placement, angles and the flyers muscle engagement.

Teaching at our gym we noticed people usually make the same mistakes when doing this for the first time. If you're a beginner, these tips might come in handy and if you're a teacher, definitely advise your trainees about these usual mistakes, before they make one of them a routine :D
