Chanting Sat Nam - a 10 minute vocal practice of chanting to totally relax!

Описание к видео Chanting Sat Nam - a 10 minute vocal practice of chanting to totally relax!

This beautiful chanting practice is an amazing way to completely relax and restore. Quite extraordinary things happen when we tone like this - not least an activation of vagal nerve regulation which means we move into rest-and-relax, restore-and-repair mode - the immune system kicks in, we relax all the organs of the body and the contraction in the muscles, and we are able to process toxins and eliminate waste more easily, promoting overall good health. And it feels just, well, LUSH!

The chanting itself begins at 3'50 and lasts for around 10 minutes (I know I say 5 in the video but I do tend to get carried away, especially with a meditation as lovely and this). So sit yourself comfortably, making sure your weight is evenly distributed and your spine is elevated (on the floor or on a chair) and ENJOY!

I have used Moghuli Tal and 432hz tuning for total healing effect.

Please Note:

I am a yogi, and not a doctor or healthcare provider. Yoga offers great benefits, but only you know your own body and its limits. As with any exercise programme, please consult your health care professional before starting an exercise programme like yoga and breathwork, and before practising along with our livestream and video practices. Many poses and breaths are contraindicated in pregnancy too, so if you are pregnant please check with your midwife or physician before beginning yoga and breathwork, and if you do go ahead with their approval only practise an easy, long breath and do not partake in any of the other breathwork practices.

Breathwork practices like pranayama, breath of fire et al can be particularly contraindicated for those with high or low blood pressure issues so please consult your doctor before engaging in these. Breathwork is a powerful body of practices that work on the autonomic systems of the body and thus can have powerful effects physically and psychologically. If you struggle with any particular breathwork sequence just revert to a long, deep and slow breath. Never force your way through any practice. Take everything at your own pace - not mine, not anyone else’s.

When participating in any exercise programme there is of course always the possibility of physical injury. Not all exercises in this video are suitable for all persons. The creators of our videos and all other content featured on YogiOnline, its distributors, and performers are not liable for any injury, accident, or health impairment befalling the viewers and participants.

Yogionline is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. Yoga is typically undertaken whilst in good health and works primarily as a health enhancer, not a cure for disease. Please always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any practice of yoga or breathwork, or before making any lifestyle changes that may affect your health and wellbeing.
