The Story: This couple got a little too comfortable durng their shopping spree and ended up being chase down a parking lot. On July 27, 2025, a couple walked in, blending in with other shoppers while carrying a suspicious bag. As they browsed, the woman carried the bag while the man discreetly added clothing to it and they walked out without arousing suspicion, successfully shoplifting the items. However, when they returned just over a week later, on August 8th, their luck ran out. The couple entered the store in a similar manner as before, making their way to the desired merchandise. This time, however, a Spectrum officer recognized them and called for backup. After obtaining the items, they walked out of the store. When they noticed law enforcement following them, they attempted to flee. The man initially hurdled with difficulty, while the woman struggled to clear the obstacle and fell. Both individuals were then taken into custody.
