Garlic Mayo with Chilli from The Garlic Farm

Mayonnaise can be a little boring. Throw in some garlic and it becomes interesting. Add chilli peppers and it becomes essential! We dive in to the creamy, spicy dressing from a British company, The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight.

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil (67%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk (12%) (Egg Yolk, Salt), Chipotle Chilli Paste (5%) (Chipotle Puree, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Tomato Puree), White Wine Vinegar (sulphites) (4%), Water, Garlic Puree (2%), Sugar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Tomato Paste (1%), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Red Chillies (0.3%), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum
