"It is very similar to anyone who has children," Tucker Carlson suggested of Kamala Harris and Democrats. "If you allow it, you will encourage more of it.

The former Fox News commentator who has campaigned for Donald Trump during the 2024 election cycle, including at the Republican National Convention, continued the analogy to frame Trump as a dad.

"Dad's home and he's pissed," Carlson said. "When dad gets home, you know what he says. 'You've been a bad girl, you've been a bad little girl, and you're getting a vigorous spanking right now. And no, it's not going to hurt me more than it hurts you,''"
