I made some modifications to my Rickenbacker 325 to make it closer to John Lennon's :
1) changed the bridge pickup to a 1966 vintage pickup
2) installed Glen's loom
3) changed strings Thomastik flatwound strings

I used the same equipment in my other videos, so you can compare the differences of the guitar sound.

Guitar: early 90's Rickenbacker 325 v59
Amp: Vox AC30 (early 90's) plugged directly into the brilliant channel
Microphone: Neumann U87
Mic Preamp: Chandler TG2
